Title: SC: SC 81 point in Anderson

SC 81 could use a point at East-West Parkway in Anderson.  I was just on it and it appears to be a major connector from SC 81 to US 76 and US 178.

Added.  EW Pkwy posted as To US 76 from SC 81 and since it is posted vice-versa, also added EW Pkwy to US 76, US 178, and SC 28 Business.
