Title: NJ: NJ 440 Points West of the OuterBridge Crossing

The points for NJ 35 and NJ 184 at NJ 440 do not show it as an intersecting route.  Looking at the NJ 440 file, the point for NJ 35/NJ 184 is farther west than the NJ 35 and NJ 184 points here.

Also the IndAve point should be for Smith St or something on this sign.  (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.5249183,-74.3165508,3a,75y,129.82h,75.63t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s1BZFBOWZGGAnc_ImCYAzpQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656)
