Title: PA: PA 23 Minor Point Errors east of Lancaster

1.  The PA 23 point at Landis Valley Rd needs to be recentered to the relocated intersection (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.0771684,-76.2632213,3a,75y,345.61h,74.6t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sDkTauip98GfXKBC2uozjhg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).  Recently a FYA signal was put here but it does not show it in GSV.

2.  The point for New Holland Rd (NewHolRd) should actually be for Brimmer Ave (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.1041227,-76.0844383,3a,90y,265.36h,64.49t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s7A_KSBjBni0JY8jXxfSHmg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).  Though this is fine as an alternate as it becomes New Holland Rd (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.0956346,-76.0794936,3a,75y,320.04h,73.97t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sTwdzCZ_jmG2xCXDuepbVNw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) to the south.
