Title: NC: NC 24-87 moved onto future 295 from Bragg Blvd to NC 210

I have updated these files and put them i my queue.

I did not create a separate file for this small piece of future 295 because it is only posted as NC 24-87...

mapmikey, I would recommend recentering these points based off the center point for the future NC-295/I-295 route.  Especially since it's rumored to have more open this year.  That way, the future multiplex there will be ready to go, and there will not be any NMP problems there with all 4 routes there (NC-24/87/210/295).

It's all in OSM already, and should be easy to get the proper center points.

The missing segment will open Aug 11 (per aaroads forum), so I will re-center when I add this new segment into the mix.

I will be out of the country at that point so it will be mid-September when I get to it...
