Title: WV: WV 972 decommissioned and replaced with WV 93

Apparently WV 972 got decommissioned in July and WV 93 has been extended up to 220, according to Wikipedia and this article. (http://www.times-news.com/news/route-changing-to/article_bea8e13c-51db-11e7-a0e9-0b11812fcf9b.html)
