Title: US 17 question in Savannah GA

Should LouRd and GA25Con be combined into one point? Combined, they create a complete interchange, and they are barely 1/4 mile apart. (Also on GA404Spr)

No, since one is a signed route point.  I did this (created the original US-17 file), and I worked on the premise that since the ramps went to two completely different areas, and one was a signed highway, that a point for each was warranted.

Plus, both points are currently in-use, so changing it now wouldn't be a wise idea.
