Title: OR: US 97 missing exit number in Bend (and point request)

Isn't the EmpAve point exit 135B?

Also, can I request a point near StaParkRd for the Newberry National Volcanic Monument (Paulina Lakes)?

I'm looking at my local file, and it has
135B +EmpAve, and all the other converted exit numbers are in place on the live version.
I'm not sure what happened there.

Add point at Paulina Lake Rd, looks like NFD 21 in OSM?

I don't remember if the FS road was signed or not, but it's been about 7 years since I went there...

I want to say it was in my botched pull from last year and I never got around to fixing it.
I'm going to have to relearn on how to get everything done on that end (including making sure I have the updated update file downloaded first; that's what botched the entire process). This, and the OR 18 extension, are admittedly long overdue.
