Title: PA: PA 25 Minor Point Errors

The points on both ends at US 209 should be changed to S and N.  (maybe not considering that PA 25 is an east-west route and these are only intersections (http://tm.teresco.org/forum/index.php?topic=439.msg2359#msg2359))

Anyway the Erdman Rd (ErdRd) point is technically incorrect as the name of the road in the borough of Gratz is Center St (http://www.dot7.state.pa.us/videolog/src/components/imagePopup/imagePopup.html?cn=22&rt=0025&juris=1&sg=0340&offset=459&year=undefined&currentYear=undefined).

Leaving the endpoint labels alone, as PA25 is signed east-west.
