Title: OH59: Broken Concurrency with OH8

It looks like there is a broken concurrency with OH8 between exits 3B and 4. As far as I could tell when I drove it, the two routes were concurrent through there.

Thanks for catching that. Must have forgotten to adjust 59 when I redid 8 last year. Fixed in my copy.
