Can I have a point added at CR 12 to US 75 just north of Lake Benton from a construction detour on US 14? It can be a hidden point if needed.

I don't see why not.  Cleans up that jog on US 75 just to the south a little more.  Pull request submitted...I used the point label "CR12_Lin".
