Title: KY: KY2179 signed

KY2179 is signed in the town of Cumberland (Harlan County), and therefore should be included in the HB. While it is not signed at either endpoint at KY160 or KY179, it IS signed well at its junction with US119, with reassurance signs north and southbound. GMSV (https://goo.gl/maps/Axd6jZ42PMr) confirms this to be the case.
