I am combining these two updates as they are related to each other.
US 522: Multiple points (PA 235 and PA 104 concurrencies, MarSt, and the eastern endpoint at US 11/15 are off-center, the PA 104 points seem to be off-centered significantly.)
PA 104: OldTraRd point seems to be too far to the south.
The MidRd point just north of Middleburg seems to be for the same road (New Berlin Hwy) that I reported when I did PA 204. (http://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=2425.0)
Thankfully all other off-centered points on PA 104 minus the US 522 ones seem to be minor.

Looking at aerial imagery from multiple sources, this looks to be about right. Leaving as is.

Shapefiles agree again. Changed.
