Title: NY: NY 417 Point Errors From Addison to Salamanca

1.  CR432 should actually be CR119. (https://www.google.com/maps/@42.107835,-77.2334566,3a,75y,265.8h,99.12t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1so9U38qfMO387_UUJGrGf9w!2e0!7i13312!8i6656)
2.  Obvious off-center points (CR85, PotRd, WilRd, CR12, McKeeRd, NY275 - though most are at least slightly off-centered)
3.  The point for BackRd should be for Sherwood St (https://scnygis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=7e364ffba54649439472d317f1a49796) (based on Steuben County GIS).
4.  AndRd should be AndSt.  (verified via GIS)
5.  BriBroRd should be CR18 (https://www.google.com/maps/@42.1192432,-78.0037006,3a,37.5y,101.21h,80t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sY_D0hhfcpOJhdAkaDm2gEQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).  I found on GIS that the road name could be Petrolia Rd, but the CR 18 designation is a certainty.
6.  If possible, the Desoto Ln point should be replaced with one at Gargoyle Rd (https://www.google.com/maps/@42.0767275,-78.468078,3a,75y,248.73h,89.55t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sLQDAjxaTCwQyFf7A_bzA1Q!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo2.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3DLQDAjxaTCwQyFf7A_bzA1Q%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D184.80417%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656).  The latter at least has a signal and leads to a park.

1. Changed.
2. Went thru the file and recentered points as needed. I did NY275 since you mentioned it here, but otherwise left points with intersecting routes alone; I didn't want to have to edit a bunch more files. Mission creep... :)
3, 4, 5. Changed.
6. I left this one in place, as it's in use.

While I was in the editor, I also replaced a number of hidden shaping points with visible intersection points where feasible.
