The new km posts (introduced for Belgium in late 2017) indicate A8/E429 on the entire non-motorway section of the Halle bypass.
That means, the former N203a (http://travelmapping.net/hb/?units=miles&u=michih&r=bel.n203a) (source: OSM) must be removed and A8 (http://travelmapping.net/hb/index.php?units=miles&u=michih&r=bel.a008) must be extended. The signs show E429 only which is common in Belgium. OSM indicates E429 only. I'll change it soon.
