Title: MD: US 15 Minor Point Error in Frederick

The debate on exit numbers aside.  The point for OppPike should be for Motter Ave (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.4349142,-77.4110722,3a,75y,58.9h,86.26t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s5bhl2OYxqHTR5wNdHTDzIg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).

On a side note, many points on US 15 in Maryland are off-center.
