This should probably wait until OSM shows where the SR 742 bridge and the ramps are, but the interchange is open based on this news release (http://virginiadot.org/projects/resources/hampton_roads/MAJOR_MILESTONE_MET_MONTHS_EARLY_ON_COURTLAND_INTERCHANGE_PROJECT.pdf). This may just require moving the point for US 58 BUS east of Courtland.

I just happened to look up the area in Google, and it seems it will be just barely to the West of the 'old' intersection, as their imagery shows it far enough along in construction to know where the interchange would be located. I'll take a look in OSM with the data there that can be used to see if it's possible to update OSM.

Well, was just looking at our 'temporary' update to wptedit's imagery layer, and one of them already shows the interchange completely. It's shown on both of the 'HERE' imagery layers. Don't know if we can use them for the location info, but I'd just thought I'd throw this out there.
As for updating OSM, I couldn't find an imagery layer that was far enough along to be able to add it legally to it, so I didn't even touch it in OSM.

Pretty sure I have GIS shapefiles that could be used if that would help.
