Title: IN US41/I-69 disconnect

Any reason the US41(WP1)/I-69 (WP1) connection is not showing in either route's waypoint for the HB?  Yet there is a WP at KenAve (Kentucky Ave).  I-69 WP1 should have Vet Mem Pkwy andUS 41 on it.  VetMemPkwy WP 0 should also have US41 linked to it.

Near miss point fixed in the US 41 file.
