Title: ND: I-94BLJam no longer exists

While driving across North Dakota last week, I drove the route of the I-94 Business loop in Jamestown.  There was no signage for it from I-94 in either direction (signed only as "Jamestown").  There were no green interstate shields at any point on the route, only the occasional "To I-94" blue shield.  I suggest that this be removed from the route list.

NDDOT maps are all pretty clear that it's gone too.
