Title: MD: WV-46?

Seems the small segment of road that connects MD-135 to WV-46 is posted as WV-46.  Should we add this to the site?

We did the same for a small segment of KY-1076 in TN (http://travelmapping.net/hb/?u=null&r=tn.ky1076).

I don't maintain MD. Are you sure you want someone else messing with the usawv .csv's?

Oh, I thought it had to be dealt with in a separate csv file instead of the usawv one. lol.  Might work on adding in a day or so then.
