Title: MN: MN 62 extension/MN 110 deletion

Hi all,

Long time lurker/travel mapper, first time contributor.

MN 62 has now been extended over the Mendota Bridge via a concurrency with MN 55 and has overtaken the former route of MN 110. MN 62 now ends at I-494 (Exit 67). Signs were changed about 2-3 weeks ago.

As I noted in your Red Wing post, I want to get a feel for this in the field before I update.  Won't be too long as I'll be back in the Metro by late Tuesday.

Despite it being 11pm, I saw enough of this on my way in last night to where I sent the update this morning.
