Title: MN: US 63 & MN 58 changes in downtown Red Wing

Hi all,

As a result of the Mississippi River bridge construction in Red Wing, MN, US 63 has been rerouted onto the new button-hook ramp to meet US 61 directly east of downtown Red Wing instead of using 3rd Street and Plum Street in downtown Red Wing to meet US 61.

MN 58 also no longer has a concurrency with US 63 for the last block of MN 58 in downtown Red Wing. MN 58 does still end at US 61 as it used to.

Will be back in Minnesota next week.  Wanted to get an in-the-field feel for this before I updated lists.
