Title: PA: PA 10 Minor Point Errors

3. Mine View Dr (MinDr) should maybe be moved to Shiloh Rd if doable.

4. HarRd and FurRd are shaping points not at intersections.

1.  Done, label was not in use.
2.  Removed AshRd label, but kept shaping point and added new point at nearby Best Rd (BesRd).
3.  Done, label was not in use.
4.  Deleted HarRd label, but left the shaping point.  Moved FurRd (Furnace Rd) to its correct intersection.

Best is 4 letters, thus the entire word gets used for the label: BestRd

Shaping point +X2 is not needed, as the point at Best Rd is sufficient to keep the centerline within tolerance.
Are you hip to WPTedit (http://travelmapping.net/wptedit/) yet? It lets you visualize the shaping tolerance.

FurRd isn't needed for shaping , and doesn't look too necessary for traffic purposes, so that could even be deleted.
HarRd may have been intended to be here (http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=40.179384&lon=-75.874463), It does an even better job at shaping that the current shaping point IMO, though naming the point after Elverson Rd instead would probably be more appropriate.
