Title: KY: US-79/KY-100 intersection

Just noticed that the 2 routes intersection isn't matched up.  The OSM position for the intersection is matched up with neither of them, so I recommend re-centering both to the placement OSM shows for the intersection.

The KY100 point in US79's file is within the intersection according to both imagery layers, so I used that one for both files. Change will be submitted later today or tomorrow.
