Title: PA: Please Add Waypoint on PA 18

North of New Castle, between the existing waypoints for PulRd (Pulaski Rd) and GlenRd (Glen Rd), please add a waypoint for Mitchell Rd. That road is the direct connection to I-376 exit 9, which is the first exit north of New Castle where the roads leading east do not lead into downtown New Castle.

I have noted to myself that there will be major recentering of points on PA 18 in the future.
