Title: NY NY9N: Point at Exit 22?

I was looking through the New York data and I noticed that NY 9N does not have a waypoint at the connector to I-87 Exit 22. US 9, half a mile to the west, has a waypoint here, and general practice is to include waypoints at all freeway junctions. I propose creating a waypoint with the name "I-87(22)"

9N has a few other major intersections lacking waypoints, as do other routes in the region, but nothing as major as an Interstate junction.
