Title: NY NY7 (I-88 Exit 10) and NY281 (I-81 Exit 12): create waypoints?

With that missing Interstate point on NY 9N, I figured I'd check the other Interstate access roads in New York to see if waypoints were missing. Looks like we're also missing NY 7 at I-88 Exit 10 and NY 281 at I-81 Exit 12. I suggest we create I-88(10) on NY 7 in Unadilla and I-81(12) on NY 281 near Cortland. Parallel US 11 has a point for I-81(12), while there is no point for I-88(10) other than on the Interstate itself.
