Just noticed a few points that are missing that, IMO, should be added to the route.

S -> N

NEW -> Mount Holly-Huntersville Rd (reason? It's pretty much a defacto interchange here.)

NEW -> CatAve_E (reason? A lot a people use this as a direct connector over to NC-115 [which has a point for it already] to bypass I-77 in this area if it's completely backed up if they were using US-21 already to bypass I-77.  I know I have.)
