Title: IN: IN 23 in South Bend

Mapcat,

There's no point on the IN 23 list where it crosses BUSINESS US 20.  Given other route listings, I'm presuming for my clinch list that you'll be labeling it "US20BusSou".

Sorry for letting this slip through the cracks. A point has been added (US20Bus), and the routing of US20BusSou has been adjusted slightly at the intersection. Looks like it may have been assumed to be a one-way pair at some point in the past, but it's not now.
