On the heels of the recent additions of PA 44 and PA 434 in NY, I present a similar case:
https://www.google.com/maps/@39.0124008,-82.0371843,3a,20.9y,250.75h,88.89t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sdnHl4BUpjANWFRq-1Nwf1Q!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo1.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3DdnHl4BUpjANWFRq-1Nwf1Q%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D107.88662%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656
Logically this should be added as well.

No TO signs...seems logical. I'll get it later this week.

I'll update the 'PomMasBri' point in my WV-62 file in my next WV update.

Plus you do have this NB OH-833 shield on the WV side right after the intersection.

Also, seems the "MainSt" point needs re-centered (and have a new shaping point put in it's old location), as well as the "WV/OH" point.

While we're at it, does US 25 exist in Ohio? Kentucky maintains the entire bridge into Cincinnati, and their definition of US 25 takes it to the north end of the bridge.

The entire river is in Kentucky, so that definition squares with the logical end. There is no mention of US 25 in the ODOT straight line diagrams. Southbound you get this sign (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.0925909,-84.5197281,3a,72.8y,173.93h,104.74t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1seJ-_X8k942XmxNm44-LsMQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) at the state line marker, and northbound there's this one (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.092372,-84.5196687,3a,75y,23.96h,98.55t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sglzvPVT-5ufbddOEM8iYgQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656). I've seen photos of the empty spot filled with a 25 shield, but have no idea how old they are. Plus this (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.0974255,-84.5205327,3a,37.6y,290.78h,91.69t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sODz2cN023e5d0-j3H7fTbg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) gives the impression that 25 doesn't make it all the way to 3rd St.

Huh? The bridge doesn't end right at the riverbank.
http://transportation.ky.gov/Planning/State%20Primary%20Road%20System%20Lists/Kenton.pdf
"US 25, from the Boone County Line via Elsmere, Erlanger, Edgewood, Crestview Hills, Lakeside Park, Fort Mitchell, Fort Wright, Park Hills, and Covington and the Clay Wade Bailey Bridge to the end of state maintenance at the end of the bridge structure (0.026 mile north of the Kentucky - Ohio State Line), a distance of 8.998 miles."
That gives me the impression that it does make it there, since you're now junctioning it. But I'm not claiming it ends at 3rd Street, only the north end of the bridge.
There's also KY 17 in Ohio (unfortunately an outdated description): "KY 17, from an intersection with KY 16 at Nicholson, via Madison Pike in Independence, Covington, and Fort Wright, and in Covington: via Madison Avenue, East 20th Street, Greenup Street, the "yoke" approach, and the Roebling Bridge to the end of state maintenance at the north curb line of Pete Rose Way in Cincinnati, Ohio (including the southbound one-way couplet of the "yoke" and Scott Street to the junction with East 20th Street)(also including the roadway over the railroad-owned tunnel near approximate MP 21.3), a distance of 14.805 miles."
-
Signage for US 25 ends at the state line, and signage for KY 17 is not present on the Roebling bridge. I don't plan on creating files for tiny unconnected stubs of one state's routes in another state based only on the first state's legal description.

FWIW, this is in the WV Primary system, officially as WV 62 SPUR, despite being signed OH 833 everywhere...

OH 833 file submitted: https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/2221

Label has been changed in the WV-62 file. Will be in my next WV submission. Marking as solved.
