Title: PA 66 Alt (East Vandergrift)

Did this route go through East Vandergrift at some point in the past? As it's currently routed, it doesn't touch that borough, but does pass through Vandergrift.

Not since the the CHM->TM transition, at the very least. Looks like a No per HistoricAerrials as well. An error when first drafting usapa, most likely.
