GSV signage shows US 6 BUS EB signed at US 11. While I was unsure that I should extend this to US 11, I will note the following signs made me believe that I can move forward with this.

The NB sign is the difference-maker in my opinion here.
Note that US 6 BUS WB is not signed from I-81 for Exit 191B as it is only signed as US 11 SB. In the meantime, I also am going to change the name from Scranton to Carbondale. It barely makes it into Scranton at all as-is and is more a business route for the suburbs to the northeast bypassed by the US 6 freeway up to Carbondale.

Per shapefiles, SR 6006 (AKA US 6 Business) does in fact continue to US 11.
