Title: PA: I-676/US 30: Lining Up With PA 611?

This is another one of those "I'd be fine with as-is but look at this ramp over here" scenarios.  The PA 611 point at I-676 would be where I would line this one up.

I'd leave it as is.  While that interchange is signed as PA 611, most of it is between 15th and 16th.
