Title: OR: OR234 in Gold Hill

OR234 turns and crosses the train tracks on Dardanelles St not Gustaf St as indicated in the highway browser to get to 4th Ave.  Signs indicate this routing, plus no centerline is painted on 4th Ave or Gustaf St on that stretch like the rest of the city roads.  The Dardanelles St point is on OR99.
