A new exit has recently opened on I-40 in west Tennessee, exit 28 to TN 196. That's not in the HB either on I-40 or TN
Google Maps satellite view, which shows the interchange under construction, indicates TN 196 was relocated slightly to a new bridge over I-40. Among our menu of open-source maps available in the Waypoint Editor, at least HERE Normal Day shows the interchange is open and its location.
I have a photo I can post if it helps, though I think the only help it can provide is to confirm the exit number.

If you don't mind posting the photo of the exit number, I'd appreciate that. I can't find any mention of it, although I found information about the new interchange.

Here's my photo:

This sign was preceded by a variable message sign, announcing that the exit was now open. That was the only way I knew this was a brand-new exit.

Awesome. Thanks!

Is there already a missing "o" or is that just screwy capitalization?
