Title: PA: Removal of PA 65 TRUCK (New Castle) and PA 488 TRUCK (Ellwood City)

The weight-restricted bridge (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.9768143,-80.3181058,3a,75y,345.03h,89.24t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sw9nknPqd9cP8dksVzb3fpQ!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo2.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3Dw9nknPqd9cP8dksVzb3fpQ%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D189.3546%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656) that this route was for was over an abandoned railroad resulting in its removal.

Both bridges do not show up on the Posted and Bonded Web Viewer (https://pennshare.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=5fcd857b5874471f8cda56337566861f) as of 12/4/2018. 

Based on these routes not being posted anymore once the weight restrictions are lifted, I will be removing these from the HB.

On a side note, I will not be adding PA 351 TRUCK (Koppel) as the bridge replacement for this weight-restricted bridge (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.8400183,-80.3184054,3a,75y,70.75h,68.62t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sSg1Yzezh-0ri6rEx-BHyzg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) should be done by or in 2020 (http://www.projects.penndot.gov/projects/Reports/ProjectReport.aspx?ProjectID=28734&ReportType=Project).
