Title: VA: US 211 ParLn Point

Parkway Lane (ParLn-unsurprisingly a private road) seems to be all the way over here (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.6504081,-78.2562497,3a,75y,184.03h,90.36t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sjnFwxgRdPFy9RQXZX-1avQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656). 

It looks like a shaping point is needed here either way, but SR 667 (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.654252,-78.245266,3a,75y,62.1h,66.66t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sZE7GquIndsUJw3H9D63GPw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) is not far away when it comes to putting a regular point in this area.

I had originally put this in the WPT editor out of concern that US 211 may have been out of tolerance in this area.
