This is partly inspired by the following post on AARoads: https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=294.msg2376241#msg2376241
Should points be added for the HOT Lanes Accesses to Jones Branch Dr/Scotts Crossing Rd and Westpark Dr? Both somewhat seem to be respectively within the VA 267 and VA 123 interchange blueprints respectively; however, they do not have ramps coming to/from VA 123 or VA 267. While I usually prefer the one point per interchange approach, I am unsure if that is truly viable here.
VA 123 should also have a point at Scotts Crossing Rd IMO if the other points are added to I-495.

I had only added the US 29 interchange for the 495 HOT lanes for that reason...the ones by Tysons Corner are extremely close and/or within existing mainline interchanges. If consensus among the group is to include them I can certainly do so...
-
Personally, I am neither for nor against. However, I would add Jones Branch before Westpark.
-
I can echo that sentiment. Westpark, definitely no. Jones Branch, ehhhh.... maybe.
-
I went ahead and added just Jones Branch plus the associated VA 123 point...

On I-495, JonBraConn should be changed to ScoCroRd. 2019 GSV shows this road as Scotts Crossing Rd (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.9292192,-77.2166825,3a,75y,173.04h,104.51t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sLVOlT5DDPHUsgyKD-0xYLQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) from the Jones Branch Dr intersection.
