Title: UT: new exit numbers

I can confirm that the 5400 South (UT 173) exit off Bangerter Highway (UT 154) is now numbered 16. In addition, the UT 10 interchange with UT 57 is numbered 34. Both waypoints are currently in TM as the state route numbers, not the exit numbers.

Added the exit 16 label for UT 154.

UT 10 I am going to leave as is since it's generally against standard practice to label waypoints with exit numbers on routes that are not freeways.
