Title: DE 1: New Interchanges (Milford-Dover)

The newest interchanges on DE 1 are at Frederica Rd/Milford Neck Rd  (Exit 83 (https://www.aaroads.com/guides/de-001-north-dover/)) and Bowers Beach Rd/Clapham Rd (Exit 88 (https://deldot.gov/About/news/index.shtml?dc=release&id=7517)). 

My proposed revisions here are below:
