Title: oh.us020.wpt labels

There are two labels in US 20 in Ohio that seem a little nonstandard.  OH511Obe and OH511Kip should probably have underscores, right?  Any objections to me putting those in here and other places I find things like this as I work toward better highway graph data?

I don't mind, and if you'd like it done soon please feel free to add them yourself. I'm not going to have an opportunity to edit anything until Friday at the earliest.
