Title: SC: SC 170 point misspelling (and Blv vs. Blvd)

On the SC 170 list, noticed that the Argent Blvd point is labeled "ArgBlv".  I was under the impression that our normal policy for waypoints at boulevards is to use the "normal" Blvd abbreviation.

It is...I didn't know that until after I drafted the entire SC set...

I have now fixed this file and will eventually submit...
