Title: Italy: first stretch of SPV

There is a bit of confusion about Italian SPV (Superstrada Pedemontana Veneta): despite its name, and the fact that its geometrical features are those of a superstrada, it is classified as autostrada (green signs).

In any case, first stretch between A31 and Breganze was opened few weeks ago...
