Title: UT: incorrectly labeled waypoints on I-15

In Spanish Fork, the waypoints for the SR 156 and US 6 exits on I-15 use old exit numbering that was changed when the interchanges were reconfigured in a 2012 reconstruction project. The old exit 257 is now 257A, and 258 is now 257B.
