Title: VA: US 460 Business (Nottoway/Blackstone) Minor Point Error

This looks to be another OSM Error similar to what I had posted for PA 34 (http://tm.teresco.org/forum/index.php?topic=318.0) a couple weeks ago, but the point for Battleview Rd on the Blackstone/Nottoway US 460 Business is marked as Battleview Lane.
