Title: WV: US 11 north of Martinsburg, WV (Point Error)

The point on US 11 at Nipetown Rd/Bedington Rd (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.5260131,-77.9196747,3a,75y,68.69h,84.69t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s4jz3vtJ4VCCNVvRM9SiOYw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!6m1!1e1) somewhat near WV 901 is marked as ScrRd for some reason.

Fixed (https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/1404).  Relabeled as 'NipRd'.
