Title: NC: US 158 (Murfreesboro and US 13 Concurrency) Area Minor Point Errors

US 13: US158 should be US158_E.

US 158: 

1.  The US 258 points should be labeled S and N (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.4221114,-77.0919417,3a,75y,97.88h,73.56t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s_3J_HJFIAzmnVpOTBfidhA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656) instead of W and E.
2.  US13 should be US13_N.

US 258:  I would change US158Bus to US158Bus_E since there are technically multiple intersections with this route (the other being at US158_W).
NC 11:  US158Bus needs to be synced with US 158 BUS (Murfreesboro) and US 258.

I elected not to change the US 258 suggestion since the US158 Bus is not explicitly named in the US158_W point
