Title: PA: Missing PA PA663AltTrk (Pottstown)

Driving in Pottstown this evening, I noticed there is both PA PA663 and a PA PA663AltTrk.  The latter isn't in the PA state routes data.

It looks like this weight-restricted bridge is about to go under construction (https://gis.penndot.gov/paprojects/Reports/ProjectReport.aspx?ProjectID=78736&ReportType=Anticipated) later this year.  The completion date of May 2022 leans me towards not adding this one.
