This is a minor realignment change due to a roundabout built here.

On a side note, maybe a new/shaping point between FreSt & SarRd_W since it does go out of tolerance in that area?

I added a point at Coal Hollow Rd (CoalHolRd).

I also added a few regular points to PA 356, which also went out of tolerance between PA 28 and PA 228.
