Title: PA: PA 283 and Truck PA 341 (Deodate)

I looks like Truck PA 341 (Deodate) is supposed to be concurrent with PA 283, but they have different shaping points on that section.

Actually this is a double broken concurrency with PA 230 and PA 283.

It is currently fixed in my local branch.  It will be submitted in my next PA changes.  (https://github.com/Markkos1992/HighwayData/commit/80bc07a7d0cbe8bbf07313ce7f636bac8b5660a1)
