Duplicate alt route name in irl.r380: 'IRL N60' already points to irl.n060

R380 is former N66, not N60 - fixed, though it would be nice to have an AltRouteNames not in use log file to get rid of unused ones, like the AltLabels (http://travelmapping.net/logs/unusedaltlabels.log) one.
